Health & Wellbeing Coaching
Sometimes people don't need a course they need a bit of dedicated, one-to-one support to make a change that's been on their mind for a while.
My wellbeing coaching is for individuals who want to set meaningful wellbeing goals and actually reach them, with practical guidance and steady accountability along the way.
It's accredited by the Association for Coaching and the NHS Personalised Care Institute.

What a coaching session looks like
We meet, online or in person, for around an hour. You set the agenda what's bothering you, where you want to be, what's getting in the way. I bring practical tools, honest questions and steady accountability. No jargon, no pressure. Sessions are confidential, supportive and focused entirely on you.
Who coaching is for
People dealing with mounting stress and not sure how to get on top of it
People who want to build healthier habits and have them actually stick
People navigating a demanding period and wanting to come through it well
People who know they could be looking after themselves better, and want a steady hand to help
Who coaching isn't for
People looking for clinical mental health treatment — for that, please speak to your GP or NHS services. Coaching complements that work, it doesn't replace it.
People who aren't yet ready to make a change. Coaching works when you do.
How many sessions you'll need
Most clients find a block of six sessions gives them real, lasting change. Some need only one or two. We'll discuss what's right for you in your first conversation there's no minimum commitment.
About my accreditation I trained with Raw Horizons Academy and I'm accredited by the Association for Coaching and the NHS Personalised Care Institute. That means I work to a recognised code of ethics and keep my practice up to date.
Investment Single session: £100 Block of six sessions: £550 (better value than the single-session rate, and the format that gives the deepest results).
